Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of rabeprazole and esomeprazole respectively in the treatment of patients with duodenal ulcer.Method: 80 patients with duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group, with 40 patients in each group. The treatment group was given the esomeprazole-based triple therapy, the control group was treated with rabeprazole azole-based triple therapy, then observed and analyzed the clinical efficacy and helicobaeter pylori(Hp) eradication.Result: The total effective rate and the rate of Hp eradication had no significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05);the clinical symptoms of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05);the two groups hadn't apparent adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion: Esomeprazole-based triple therapy is more effective for duodenal ulcer and with higher Hp eradication rate,It can improve clinical symptoms significantly. It is a better treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
