Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of rabeprazole treatment of duodenal ulcer. Method:130 patients with duodenal ulcer were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to April 2013,they were divided into observation group and control group according to treatment method,65 cases in each group, the patients in the two groups were given conventional treatment, the observation group added with rabeprazole, the control group added with famotidine, the symptoms integral and clinical curative effect between the two groups were compared. Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.9% and better than the control group of 83.1%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P0.05). The symptoms of integral in the observation group 1,4 weeks after treatment were better than that of control group, the difference were statistically significant between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of rabeprazole treatment of duodenal ulcer is significantly better than that of famotidine.
