The Effect of Observation and Analysis of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Open Cholecystectomy in Elderly Patients

Objective To investigate the feasibility and perioperative processing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) in elderly patients.Methods Retrospective analysis the laparoscopic cholecystectomy and Open Cholecystectomy(OC) in 81 cases of elderly patients with cholecystitis who was above the age of 70 from January 2005 to December 2010,and clinical data were analyzed.Result the LC group was shorter than the OC group in operation time,postoperative anal exhaust time,the infusion time,bed time,postoperative antibiotics time and postoperative hospital stay(P0.01),and postoperative pain was less the number of cases than OC,too(P0.01).There was 3 cases of postoperative complications occurred in LC group,incidence of postoperative complications was 7.32%,There was 6 cases of postoperative complications occurred in OC group,incidence of postoperative complications was 15%,two groups and the difference was significant(χ2=52.848,P0.01).Conclusions senile benign gallbladder disease with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,Its overall effect is superior to traditional open cholecystectomy.
