Abstract
Objective To discussion of value of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Method 50 cases of intestinal obstruction patients,divided into the observation group and control group.Controls: use plain abdominal radiography diagnosis.The observation group: the use of multidetector spiral CT diagnosis.Results Imaging diagnosis coincidence rate of the observation group was 96% higher than 68% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Multi row spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction with high accuracy,can clear the cause of intestinal obstruction,the site of obstruction and the extent of intestinal obstruction,can provide scientific basis for disease diagnosis and treatment.
