Abstract
Objective To assess the significance on diagnosis of intestinal obstruction with spiral CT. Methods The comparison agent of omniipapue 300 mg/mL at anterior elbow vein was injected and three dimension reconstruction was made to detected whether obstruction, location and etiology of obstruction. Results There was good accuracy to diagnose the intestinal obstruction. Conclusion The diagnosis on location with spiral CT might have advantage whether necrosis or not.
