Abstract
Objective To explore the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Method Collect 33 cases of intestinal obstruction confirmed by surgery and clinical integrated diagnosis that patient′s clinical and spiral CT were retrospectively analyzed and discussed.Results The correct proportions of diagnosis of intestinal obstruction for spiral CT were 100%,obstructive locations were 93.9%,the obstructive causes were 90.9%,the correct proportions of diagnosis of strangulated intestinal obstruction were 100%.Conclusion Spiral CT has great clinical value for evaluating the site level,cause of obstruction and ischemic necrosis.
