Abstract

Objective:To investigate the application value of the multislice spiral CT(MSCT) 3D imaging technology in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Methods:102 cases of clinical suspected bowel obstruction were randomly divided into the control group(51 cases) and the observation group(51 cases). The control group were treated with X-ray diagnosis, the observation group were treated with multislice spiral CT,and all the diagnostic results were compared with surgical and pathological findings. Results:The accuracy rate of MSCT in the clinical diagnosis of intestinal obstruction was 94.00%,and the accuracy rate of the X-ray diagnosis of intestinal obstruction was 65.31%.MSCT diagnosis was significantly better than the X-ray diagnosis, there was statistical differences(P0.05).Conclusion:The multislice spiral CT 3D imaging technology can clearly discover cause of intestinal obstruction, the site of obstruction and sick, improve the clinical diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
