Abstract
Objective: To study the relations and significance of the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(HS-CRP) with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: The levels of serum HS-CRP were determined by using particle enhanced immunonephelometry in 300 healthy subjects group and 280 coronary scarification group. Results:The levels of serum HS-CRP of 300 healthy subjects group were obvious asymmetrical; There were significant differences between the levels of serum HS-CRP in 190 coronary screening positive group and 90 coronary screening negative group(P0.01); The levels of serum HS-CRP were rising with the number of vessels augmenting, and there were significant differences among every disease group. (P0.01,P0.05). Conclusion: The levels of serum HS-CRP were closely associated with CHD, Delecting of HS-CRP is of great to the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
