Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Nifedipine and Enalapril on idiopathic hypertension through the clinical observation. Methods The research objects were randomly divided into three groups based on stratification, among which two groups were taken as the control group.Patients in the control group took Nifedipine sustained release tablets and Enalapril separately, while patients in experimental group took the above two drugs simultaneously. The clinical effects of both were compared. Results Clinical effectiveness of taking Nifedipine sustained release tablets and Enalapril separately were respectively 77.17%,74.24%.The effects were not as good as 95.08% of combined use of both. After processing, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion As for idiopathic hypertension treatment, combined application of Nifedipine and Enalapril has better effect than separate use of Nifedipine and Enalapril, and it has fewer clinical side effects.
