Clinical Observation of Nifedipine Combined with Enalapril in the Treatment of U-Albumin of Primary Hypertension Complicating with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of enalapril combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets on microalbuminuria in patients with primary hypertension complicating with type 2 diabetes mellitus.METHODS:100 inpatients or outpatients with primary hypertension complicating with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled.The blood glucose of patients were controlled well,then patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,i.e.combination group of 50 cases,nifedipine group of 26 cases and enalapril of 24 cases.Those groups were treated with enalapril,nifedipine sustained-release tablets,enalapril combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets for 6 months.The changes of 24 h dynamic blood pressure,glycosylated hemoglobin,24 h microalbuminuria were observed before and after treatment.RESULTS:The blood pressure of 3 groups were all lowered,and the changes of combination group were more significant,there was significant difference(P0.05).The decrease of microalbuminuria in combination group was more significant than single therapy group,there was significant difference(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Enalapril combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets can control blood pressure,decrease urine protein and protect kidney function.In the clinic,therapy of enalapril combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets is worthy of spreading for the treatment primary hypertension complicating with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
