Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the value for the combination of enalapril and nifedipine in the treatment of senile hypertension.Method:318 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups, namely the enalapril group(A),the nifedipine group(B)and the combination enalapril nifedipine group group(C),and 106 cases in each group. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure 1,2 and 4 weeks before and after treatment were compared. The efficacy of three antihypertensive drugs after 4 weeks was taken for statistics.Result:After treatment, the blood pressure of the three groups of patients had been effectively controlled, and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the patients of group C was significantly lower in group A and group B.The antihypertensive efficacy of group C was significantly higher than in group A and B group at the fourth week. Conclusion:The combination of enalapril and nifedipine can better control the blood pressure of elderly patients, and the antihypertensive effect is very superior, and it is with a high clinical value.
