Research on Urban Culture Status Under the Background of Urban Regeneration:Experience and Inspiration of Chengdu's Pioneering Practice

Given the tide of domestic urban regeneration,Urban Culture Status plays an increasing role in China' s urban transformation,as an organic culture system which makes the local cultural-historical context clear.On the basis of defining Urban Culture Status,this paper sums up its characteristics as follows: regional,systematic,dynamic,diverse and innovative.From aspects of basis,driving force and implementation,this paper proves that the construction of Urban Culture Status and urban regeneration are obviously coupled.In case of Chengdu,the construction system of Urban Culture Status is codified,the experience and deficiency are summarized from this pioneering practice.
