On Practice of Culture-1ed Urban Regeneration:Chengdu Case

This Practice has caused great damage to the city historical heritage and cultural resources.With global competition and industrial upgrading,the culture,the first time,become an important urban development capital.This article proceed from the urban renewal's rise in China,discusses the cultural motivations of China's urban renewal,summarizes strategies and models of Chengdu culture-led urban regeneration,and comments on its effectiveness and problems.
