Analysis of Teaching Ability Structure of Vocational Education Based on Quality Standard

With the promotion of the plan for improving the quality of vocational college teachers,it becomes a more prominent task to improve the teaching ability of vocational education teachers.Vocational education and ordinary education are of different catalogues respectively,and the both mainly manifest in their different quality standards.Vocational education should have its unique quality standard,that is,'vocational standard'.According to 'vocational standard',teachers of vocational education should possess a structure of teaching ability which bases on general ability and general teaching ability,focus on vocational and technical teaching ability.
