Abstract
herba houttoyniae were digested with HNO3 and the metal elements in herba houttoyniae from different producing areas were determined by FAAS. results showed that the contents of elements Fe,Zn,Cu,Pb,Cr,K,Cd were 488.5~810.3,48.4~83.2,27.1~38.4,0.13~0.36,19.1~31.4,11614.6~14720.3,0.06~0.12μg/g,respectively. According to The Import and Export Green-industry Criterion of the Drug Plant and Preparation ,the contents of heavy mental Pb,Cd met the requirements(Pb≤5.0μg/g,Cd≤0.3μg/g). Although the contents of metal elements were different in herba houttoyniae from various producing areas,the content of element K was the highest in all of them.
