Abstract
In order to know the contents of heavy metal elements(Mn,Zn,Pb,Cu,Cr,Cd and Ni)in G.rhodantha, the samples were digested with HNO3-HClO4 system and then flame atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to determine the contents of seven heavy mental elements. The results showed the contents of the seven heavy mental elements in G.rhodanthafrom high to low were MnZnPb CuNiCrCd.The additional standard recoveries of sample was 96.7%~105.2% with RSD(n=5)of 0.46%~2.26%.The established method was fast, simple, sensitive, precise and accurate, which could be used for detecting heavy metal elements in G.rhodantha.
