Abstract
[Objective] To establish an easy and rapid method to determining the content of five trace elements in HERBA MURDANNIAE DIVERGENTIS.[Method] The contents and dissolved rates of Ca,Cu,Fe,Pd and Zn in HERBA MURDANNIAE DIVERGENTIS were determined by flame atomic adsorption spectrometry after normal digestion.[Result] HERBA MURDANNIAE DIVERGENTIS was very rich in Ca,Fe and Zn,their contents were 919.80,361.10 and 39.89 μg/g respectively;but the dissolved rates of Ca and Fe from the decoction were very low.[Conclusion] The digestion method with platen heater was characterized by simple equipment, easy operation and complete digestion, therefore it was one of the best methods to determining the trace elements.
