Treatment for liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B with Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsule and Ganfu Capsule

Abstract
[Objective]To study the effect of the treatment for liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B with Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsule and Ganfu Capsule.[Methods]Total 67 cases were divided into two groups,the treatment(n=37)and control group(n=30).Except for Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsule,which was given to both of two groups,the treatment group was administrated with Ganfu Capsule.The therapy course was 48 weeks for both guoups,and then indexes of hepatofibrosis,clinical manifestation,the index of liver function and HBV-DNA were evaluated.[Results]Clinical symptoms,the index of liver function and hepatic fibrosis in treatment group were obviously improved with a significant difference than control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Ganfu Capsule combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsule can significantly improve liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B and without any obviously side effects.
