The Effective Strategy to Improve the Classroom Teaching——Apply Constructivism in Self Development Classroom

Constructivism holds that teaching should be student-centered,the students are the actively cognitive subject to construct knowledge.Constructivism emphasizes that learning is an active constructive process that the students manage the meaning of knowledge,but the teacher is the organizer of teaching process,instructor to help the construction of meaning.This paper discusses the constructivism learning theory and teaching mode,and from the students' actual situation,combining teachers' personal teaching experience,puts forward the effectiveness strategy to improve the course of college students' self development.
