Abstract
Objective To develop comprehensive utilization of Salvia miltiorrhiza to explore the best conditions of extract Tanshinone ⅡA in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge by ethanol. Methods With tanshinone ⅡA and Yield of extract as index, optimization of reflux to the optimum conditions. Results The optimal refluxing was to extract twice with 95% alcohol. The first time was 6 fold amount alcohol and 1 hour extracted for1. 0 h,The second time was 4 fold amount alcohol and extracted for half hour. Conclusion Optimization extraction process design is reasonable, extraction rate of Tanshinone Ⅱ is higher, and trial is Reproducible.
