Abstract
Petals of Jasminum sambac were induced and cultured callus on the media with different phytohormones concentration. The preliminary stable suspension culture system was established after choosing the loose callus from different types for cell suspension culture. The results indicated that different phytohormones could form three types of callus,CA,CB and CC which had diverse polarization direction. Both the CA and CB callus could be used as initial materials for establishing suspensions, and it took about 11 days to establish cell suspensions from the better callus,CB callus.
