Study on Inducing Callus to the ‘Rose-3’

Abstract

The ‘rose-3’ was used as test materials to study the effects of different hormone concentration,basic medium and plant growth regulator on the leaves callus induction.The results showed that appropriate callus induction of basic medium for the best callus induction medium MS+2,4-D 2.5mg/L.The best callus induction explant for small blade;young leaves and culture in dark were good for callus induction.
