Abstract

[Objective]To observe the joint slack therapy combined with traditional massage curative effect in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. [Methods] Using randomized controlled methods, will be divided into two groups according to the random number table, 120 cases of Outpatient patients. 60 cases in the control group traditional massage. The treatment group of 60 cases of joint relaxation therapy. Patients in the supine, using both hands were stamped, and then pulled the extension of patients with knee flexion, approximately 60s, pulp of knee jitter of knee joint, 2 ~ 3 times. After the knee joint to the maximum, and exert a certain pressure, let patients heel as close as possible to the hips, and stay for 3 ~ 5S. Traditional massage treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, Lequesne's osteoarthritis of knee function score, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Follow up 30d, observation of osteoarthritis of the knee recurrence. 30 cases of group therapy.[Results]22 cases were effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 86.67%. The control group was 36 cases, effective 22 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.67%. The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.01). Lequesne's osteoarthritis of the knee functional scores of two groups were improved(P 0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group(P 0.01). [Conclusion]Joint relaxation therapy combined with traditional massage treatment knee osteoarthritis effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
