Abstract
Objective:To study the rehabilitative effectiveness and mechanism of combined treatment for knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods:176 cases of knee joint osteoarthritis were divided into two groups:control group and treatment group.82 cases in control group were treated with computerized medium frequency current therapy and iontherapy ;84 cases in treatment group were treated with the above methods and were added with combined treatment such as thermotherapy ,exercese therapy. After 5 courses,Lysholm knee joint score was used for medical evaluation. Results:In the control group,18 cases were excellent,18 good,25 moderate,25 poor.In the treatment group,25 excellent,35 good,45 moderate,8 poor. There were statistically significant differences for the effectiveness between two groups(P0.01).Conclusion:The combined treatment is of greater rehabilitative value for knee joint osteoarthritis.
