Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effects of continuous venovenous hemofiltration on different poisoning patients with acute renal failure. Methods Totally 56 poisoning patients with acute renal failure were treated with CVVH by SWS-3000 blood purification machine.Urine volume,BUN,CR,UA and CO2CP were monitored during treatment. Results The cure rate was 48.14% in 27 paraquat poisoning patients,13 of them were cured;the cure rate was 87.50% in 8 organophosphorus pesticides poisoning patients,7 of them were cured;the cure rate was 100% in 21 heavy mental, kill rat medicine etc.poisoning patients.Overall cure rate was 73.21%.Conclusions CVVH is effective for different poisoning patients with acute renal failure.
