Hemoperfusion combined with continuous veno-venous hemofiltration Treatment of acute severe poisoning nursing experience of 11 cases

Abstract

Objective:To study of hemoperfusion(HP) combined with continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH) on acute severe poisoning treatment of nursing.Method:2010 September to 2011 November Method selection to the hospital with acute severe pesticides poisoning in 11 patients in the conventional symptomatic detoxification treatment measures to save at the same time,HP plus CVVH treatment,close observation of patients in the rescue process of vital signs and blood internal environment change and salvage therapy effect.Results:11 cases of severe acute pesticide poisoning patients were rescued successfully,obtains satisfaction curative effect.Conclusion:HP and CVVH in acute severe pesticide poisoning patients were treated with good effect,which can improve the success rate of rescue.
