Abstract
Objective: To investigate the role and value of blood perfusion(HP) combined with continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH) in the treatment of severe acute pesticide poisoning. Methods: patients received since August 2010 in our department with severe acute pesticide poisoning were applied traditional comprehensive treatment based on the HP + CVVH treatment, close observation was made on patients vital signs in the rescue process, the environment changes and treatment effects. Results: Among 22 cases of acute pesticide poisoning,20 patients with successful treatment,2 patients died, satisfactory results have been achieved. Conclusion: HP + CVVH proves good in patients with acute severe pesticide poisoning, which can greatly improve their success rate.
