The Application of Combination of Hemoperfusion with Continuous Veno-venous Hemofiltration in Rescuing Patients with Acute Severe Poisoning

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of hemoperfusion with continuous veno-venous hemofiltration in rescuing patients with acute severe poisoning.Methods We have choised 28 patients,admitted by emmergency department from 2007-8 to 2009-9 for treatment of acute severe poisoning.In the base of routine medical treatment we adopted HP+CVVH trerapy.A contrast analysis was carried out on indexes of blood coagulation,liver function,renal function,serum enzymology and oxygenation before and after therapy.Results After treatment there was an explicit decrease in indexes of blood coagulation,liver function,renal function and serum enzymology(P0.05),and vital signs improved remarkably;platelet was decreased slightly,but the bleeding wasn't happen.Conclusion HP+CVVH plays an important role in rescuing patients with acute severe poisoning;it can eliminate the poison(drug) in the short time and improve markedly toxic symptoms,liver and renal function and indexes of serum enzymology and coagulation,and it can stabilize inner environment of organism to be favorable to improve prognosis of patients.
