Clinical observation of integrative medicine in the treatment of children with allergic purpura

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrative medicine in the treatment of children with allergic purpura.Methods One hundred and thirty-five children with allergic purpura in our hospital were chosen as study objects and divided into observation group(n=68)and control group(n=67).The observation group wasgiven integrative Mmedicine and the control group given conventional Western medicine treatment.Clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After the treatment,the total efficacy of the observation group was 92.64%,significantly higher than the control group(P0.05).The disappearing time of rash,gastrointestinal symptoms,joint purpura joint swelling and other symptoms of patients in the observation group was markedly shorter than the control group,and the differences being statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Integrative medicine in treating children with allergic purpura has very obvious effects,which will help improve the quality of life of children,and it is worthy of wider promotion and application.
