Integrative Medicine Treatment of Children with Allergic Purpura Nephritis

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative treatment of children with allergic purpura nephritis.Methods:70 cases of allergic purpura nephritis(kidney disease type) were divided into the control group and the treatment group,35 cases in each group.Both of two groups were given general symptomatic treatment.The control group was given prednisone tablets,Tripterygium glycosides tablet.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group added herbal decoction orally and after the end the treatment efficacy was observed.Results:The total effective rate was 85.71% in treatment group,and 62.86% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The treatment group significantly reduced the proteinuria after treatment.The serum albumin was significantly higher,and the hospital stay of the treatment group as well as the recurrence rate was significantly less than that of the control group,both statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Integrative treatment of nephropathy purpura nephritis has a good effect,and a short course of treatment,fewer side effects,and it is worthy of promotion.
