Abstract

Knowledge economy puts forward the challenges to the management of state-owned enterprises.Under the conditions of knowledge economy,the competitive body is the talent persons with high intelligence and creative ability.Therefore,state-owned enterprises must change the traditional way of management,establish and perfect the system of humanistic management,which regards people and the overall development of people as the foundation and the goal of business management.
