Humanistic Management Is the Crux of the Management of Modern Enterprises

Starting from the development and evolution of the management and through analyzing the experiences of foreign enterprises in aspect of humanistic management and the important function of humanistic management in Chinese enterprises especially in state-owned enterprises, this paper puts forward some suggestions about constructing humanistic management model fitting in with the reality of Chinese enterprises.
