Abstract

In face of the challenge by knowledge economy state－owned enterprises in Changchun should carry out structural adjustment at the right moment take a lot of effort in science technology and innovation in aspects of talented persons and management and carry out leaping－over development in line with local conditions so that we can gain advantages up－and－coming and really grasp the opportunities brought by the age of knowledge economy．
