Abstract

Objective To investigate gangliosideGD1b in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods gangliosideGD1b serum concentration of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and healthy controls were detected by ELISA method. Results The levels of GD1b in the serum of psoriasis vulgaris patients were significantly higher than that of control subjects(P0.05).Conclusion GD1b may participate the invasion of the psoriasis, through regulating the proliferation of keratinocyte.
