The anesthesia effect of dezocine combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy

Objective To observe the anesthesia effect of dezocine composited with propofol in painless gastroscopy.Methods 100 adultmale patients were divided into two groups randomly,characteristic as propofol group(B) and dezocine / propofol(D / B) group.15minutesBefore gastroscopy,patients in D / B group were intravenous injected withdezocine at the dose of 0.04mg / kg.Then patients in both D / B group andB group received intravenous injection with propofol at the dose of 2mg / kg.Recording the symptoms,the number of inject pain and respiratory depression,,awake time and VAS score.Results Differcnce of inject pain and propofol dose(P 0.01),respiratory depression and awake time(P 0.05),were statistically significant between the two groups,but not in VAS score(P 0.05).Conclusions Dezocine can reduce the accurence of inject pain and respiratory depression,decrease the use of propofol,abbreviateawake time.
