Abstract
Using the scales and peduncle as the explants, the tissue culture rapid propagation of Lilium formolongi was studied. The results showed that the primary culture optimal medium for inducing buds of scales was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 0.1 mg/L; The primary culture optimal medium for inducing buds of peduncle was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L;The secondary culture optimal medium was 6-BA 3.0 mg/L +NAA 0.02 mg/L.The optimum rooting culture medium was 1/2MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L+ activated carbon 0.1%; The budding rate and rooting rate was up to 100%。
