Abstract

The legal construction of professional sports as a socialist legal system is an important component of good physical work,and promotes professional sports healthy and rapid development.This paper's exposition is based on the concept of professional sports,and the construction of professional sports legal status and problems,and it points out the thinking of legal construction of professional sports and countermeasures in order to solve the problem in sports development contradictions.
