Abstract

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the baicalin in Ditong Biyanshui. Methods The Shimadzu C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm) was used, and the mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (51∶49) with a flow rate at 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The linear range of baicalin was 8.4~42 μg (r = 0.9999);the average recovery was 99.11%;RSD was 1.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control oft hisp reparation.
