The Innovation and Construction of the Education of Vocational Education Teachers

There are still a lot of problems of the source of teachers,pre-job training and on-the-job training in the education of vocational education teachers,which seriously influence the quality of education of vocational education teachers,and lead to low quality in vocational education of our country.So,searching for a new pattern of the education of vocational education teachers becomes important in the development of vocational education in recent years.This essay represents the innovation in the education of vocational education teachers in three aspects:create approach of the education of vocational education teachers in more ways,enhance the quality of the education of vocational education teachers in multi-aspects and regulate the on-the-job training.
