Study on the Factors Influenced Agriculture Science and Technology Innovation Ability of Hubei Province

According to the current situation of the agricultural development of Hubei province,and on the basis of agricultural science and technology innovation,based on hierarchy analysis model,the authors constructed the index system of agricultural science and technology innovation ability influence factors.Combined with 2005-2010 years of agriculture science and technology innovation activity data,the empirical analyses the main factors of the influence of Hubei province agriculture science and technology innovation were conducted.Finally,the authors made the main factors in qualitative analysis,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
