Abstract
In order to study the level of innovation capability of agricultural technology in Hubei province, 23 indexes were selected from input, output, performances, support. A comprehensive index system of innovation capability of agricultural technology. The factor analysis was used to calculate the innovation capability of agricultural technology in 31 provinces of mainland Chinese. The advantages and disadvantages of Hubei province was compared. The results showed that innovation capability of agricultural technology in Hubei province was in the middle level. Investment in RD, education and infrastructure needs to be improved. Advices on enhancing the innovation capability of agricultural technology in Hubei province were proposed.
