An Evaluation and Research on the Science & Technology Innovation Capability in Hubei Province

Abstract

Regional science technology innovation capability is defined. The principle and design method to establish an index system to evaluate regional science technology innovation capability are presented. Regional science technology capability in nine provinces or cities are compared according to the given indexes. Regional science technology capability in Hubei province is mainly analyzed.
