Abstract
The subject matter of intellectual property, intellectual products, can be views as a kind of intangible information, the production of which is vital to society. From the point of property right information, in order to establish the justification of intellectual property system, such issues as the efficient production of new information, the reasonable and sharing by the user of information and the coordination between the exclusivity of information and its freedom as well as sharing must be solved. By a series of system design and arrangement in intellectual property, especially the mechanism of balancing of interests therein, the contradiction in the property right of information as to the exclusivity of information and its sharing is solved properly, thereby making its existence and operation pose sufficient justification.
