Abstract
Objective To evaluate the characteristic signs and value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods 36 patients with pathological proven gastric carcinoma were examined by CT.scan,reviewing reference,spiral CT features of gastric carcinoma were analyzed,the basical feature of CT in the diagnosis of carcinoma were evaluated.Results The basic CT signs of advanced gastric carcinoma demonstrated thickened gastric wall.Soft tissuemass,narrowed cavitary and defomation.Conclusion Spiral CT is one of the methods for diagonsing gastric carcinoma,the CT features of gastric carcinoma direct infiltration and distal metasis of gastric carcinoma were also observed bay CT.It has great help in choicing clinical cheatment method.
