Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods CT features of gastric cancer which confirmed by pathology in 38 cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results CT demonstrated gastric tumor as a thickened gastric wall in 29 of 38 cases, soft tissue mass in 9 cases and abnormally enhanced in 38 cases. Conclusions Spiral CT can clearly display the site, size, shape, type and extension of gastric cancer, which is helphul to select the clinical therapy method.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
