Abstract

Soybean isoflavone is a kind of secondary metabolites in the growth process of soybean,with extensive biological activities,strong antioxidant and antifungal activity.This article discusses the history of research on soybean isoflavone and its significance,designs research methods of single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment combination,measures and objectives.
