The effect of bisoprolo on chronic congestive heart failure

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of bisoprolo on chronic heart failure.Methods 105 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into two groups viz.normal controls(routine anti-heart failure therapy),bisoprolo treated group(bisoprolo+ routine anti-heart failure therapy).The heart rate,blood pressure,echocardiogram and heart function of the patients were measured after 6 months.Results The heart rate,blood pressure of the bisoprolo treated group was decreased(P0.01),the clinical symptom and heart function was improved.Conclusion The therapic effect of bisoprolo on chronic heart failur is clear and safe.
