Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 40 Cases of Chronic Heart Failure with Yixintai

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efects of chronic heart failure with Qi belonging to deficiency and blood stasis type treated by Yixintai. Methods:80 patients with CHF from the inpatient department were randomly divided into two groups, each 40.The treatment group was treated with Yixintai as well as the base heart failure therapy,while the control group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule as well as the base heart failure therapy.Observation before and after the treatment of TCM syndrome, cardiac function and the change of heart failure. Results:After treatment, the two groups of the level of heart failure, cardiac function, TCM symptom total integral were obviously improved than before treatment.The curative effect of heart Faiure, the stroke volume of heart function were higher than the control group (P0.05,P0.01). Conclusion:Yixintai treating chronic heart failure with Qi belonging to deficiency and blood stasis type is safety and effective.
