Abstract
[Objective] The study aimed to develop an HPLC method to determine the contents of puerarin,daidzin and daidzein in roots of Puerarin lobata.[Method] HPLC chromatographic conditions were as follows: C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-1% HAc solution(gradient elution),detection wavelength of 250 nm,flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,column temperature of 30 ℃ and injection volume of 10 μl.[Result] Puerarin,daidzin and daidzein in roots of P.lobata showed good correlation in determining range.[Conclusion] This method provided reliable support for quality control and synthetic development of Puerarin lobata.
