Abstract
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of 3′-hydroxy puerarin,puerarin,3′-methoxy puerarin,daidzein-8-c-apiosyl-(1→6) glucoside and daidzin in radix Pueraria lobata.Method: A Zorbax C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used;the mobile phase was methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid(25∶75).The detection wavelength was at 250 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃.Result: The accuracy, precision, sensitivity, specificity and linearity of this method met the requirements. The method was applied to 12 batches of radix Pueraria lobata. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate, which can be used in the quality control in radix Pueraria lobata.
